Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to Savanna Marino for the compassion, kindness, and professionalism she showed while helping us through the loss of our grandmother. From the very beginning, Savanna guided us through every step of the process with patience and understanding. During such a difficult and emotional time, she made us feel supported and cared for, answering our questions and helping us navigate decisions that were not easy to make. She treated our grandmother with dignity and respect and worked hard to ensure that every detail of the service reflected the love our family had for her. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine compassion brought comfort to us when we needed it most. Losing someone you love is never easy, but Savanna helped make a heartbreaking experience a little more bearable. We will always be grateful for the care she provided to our family and for helping us honor our grandmother’s life so beautifully. Thank you, Savanna, for everything you did for our family.

Great customer service was rendered at my time of need. An awesome business very knowledgeable and professional company, Eflin and staff went above and beyond to help me go through the process with my belated sons death They gave me comfort in knowing that his final resting place was an essential priority for my family and I. Job well done I will recommend anyone to get start with the process before that time comes it will lessen the emotional impact that you are going through.

I had quite a challenge planning my mother's funeral from out of state. The ladies at Alabama Heritage worked hard to help me with every detail. Lisa, Channie, and Beth are amazing people. They answered every question I had and were so reassuring when I was anxious. We arrived the day before the funeral and Lisa walked me through what to expect the next day. The service was lovely and everything went beautifully. After the graveside service she suggested I take some flowers from the arrangement and I'm so glad I did. To have such sincerely caring people help me during one of the worst times in my life was incredibly comforting.

This place was by far the best option for services! They were very patient and very knowledgeable. Cleopatra was outstanding! I am super happy I had the privilege of working with such an elegant and professional young lady. She made sure everything was dressed properly, services were prompt, it was presentable, and things were in order. I am glad to know they have someone like her on their team. Her communication was also excellent. We ran into a situation but it was handled with patience. This Funeral home family is one that I will use again. Thank you Alabama Heritage.

Beth and the Alabama Heritage Team were incredible during such a difficult time. They were respectful, compasionate and very caring. It is a very uncertain time and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you for treating my Poppy and us lime we were family.
